In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your Discipletrek adventure, we will do our best to apply your trip funds to a future adventure. If that will not work for you, you may request a partial refund.
If your trip departure is still greater than 6 months away at the time of your cancellation, we will refund all of your trip payments minus your non-refundable deposit. Example–your trip departs January 1st, you have already paid $2,000 ($500 deposit and $1500 of trip payments) of your total trip cost of $3000, and you decide to cancel BEFORE July 1st. We will refund you $1500.
If your trip departure is still greater than 3 months away at the time of your cancellation, we will refund up to 50% of your trip cost minus your non-refundable deposit. Example–your trip departs January 1st, you have already paid $2,000 ($500 deposit and $1500 of trip payments) of your total trip cost of $3000, and you decide to cancel AFTER July 1st. We will refund you $1000 (50% of your total trip cost minus your $500 deposit).
If your trip departure is less than 3 months away at the time of your cancellation, you will not be offered any refund of your payments.
