We are so excited to be partnering with Project Doxa to bring a team to serve alongside our incredible missionary partners in the country of Uganda. The team will fly to Entebbe Uganda and then drive to the city of Masaka where they will spend a week doing evangelism and discipleship with our great friends Tim and Jill Way, founders of Sent Network.

Dates: October 12-20, 2025
Trip dates include round trip flights from a major USA airport (LA, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, New York, Washington DC) to Uganda. We can work with team members on their flights to accommodate different departure airports, but this will incur a fee to cover the difference in flight costs.
Cost: $3,600
- A non-refundable $450 deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot on the team.
- $1,800 is due before July 1st, 2025 (First 50% is due early to lock in plane tickets)
- $2,700 is due before September 1st, 2025
- $3,600 is due before October 1st, 2025

What is included:
- All round trip flights from a major USA airport to Uganda
- One checked bag for all flights
- All ground transportation and lodging in Uganda
- All food throughout the trip from the time of arrival in Uganda until departure. Food during our transit from the States is not included.
What is NOT included:
- Uganda visa ($50)
- You are responsible for all food during our travel to/from the States and Africa.
Difficulty: Minimal
The only real challenge on this adventure is the rigors of jet lag and the length of the travel to Africa, which will take nearly two days both ways.
ITINERARY:
Day 1 (Oct 12)
Teams will depart the States on October 12th
Day 2 (Oct 13)
Team members will arrive in Entebbe and make the drive to Masaka, which will be home base during our time in Uganda.
Day 3-7 (Oct 14-18)
We will spend 5 days doing evangelism and discipleship. We will fill in this section of the itinerary as we get closer to the trip.
Day 8 (Oct 19)
The team will begin the travel back to the States.
Day 9 (Oct 20)
Team members will arrive in the States.
