We are so excited to be rolling out our very first Alaskan adventure. There really is no place in the world quite like Alaska, and it will be nearly impossible to build a better 7 day itinerary to encounter the very best parts of Alaska than the one we have built for this adventure. Our team will take a glacier cruise in Prince William Sound; ride a jetboat up the rapids in Devil’s Canyon; enjoy a sightseeing flight around the peak of Denali; and spend a day hiking the Kesugi Ridge in Denali National Park. We will enjoy great food throughout this adventure and we will spend each night in a hotel or airbnb.
The day hike up the Kesugi Ridge is challenging, but optional. This adventure is open to people of all fitness levels.
Dates: August 16-22, 2026
Team members will need to arrange their flights into Anchorage (ANC) to arrive at any point on Aug 16th and to depart from ANC anytime after noon on Aug 22nd.
Cost: $3,950 per person
- A non-refundable 20% deposit ($790) is required at the time of registration to secure your spot on the team. Please read our Trip Cancellation and Refund policy before registering for your adventure.
- 50% ($1,975) is due April 15th
- Full trip payment ($3,950) is due June 15th
- We can work with each team member to arrange a payment schedule.
- We offer a $400 discount for couples joining the adventure. For example, a couple would pay $7,500 instead of $7,900 ($3,950 Xs 2 people – $400 discount)
What is included:
- All food throughout the duration of the adventure–a typical day’s menu will be light breakfast (bagels/cereal/oatmeal), sandwiches and snacks for lunch, and a home cooked meal or restaurant meal for dinner. We will keep the airbnb stocked with snacks and drinks.
- 2 nights in a hotel in Anchorage and 4 nights in an Airbnb in Talkeetna
- All ground transportation throughout the trip, including transfer to/from Anchorage International Airport
- 26 glacier cruise in Prince William Sound
- Jetboat adventure in Devil’s Canyon
- Sightseeing flight around the peak of Denali
- Denali National Park entry fees
What is NOT included:
- Team members are responsible for their own flights to and from Anchorage
- Team members are responsible for their own trekking gear (daypack, clothes, hiking shoes/boots, trekking poles, etc.) There is no need for a large backpack or any sleeping gear since we will be staying in an Airbnb. We will provide an extensive and detailed packing/gear list for all of our participants.
- Though meals are provided, most team members will choose to pack their own snacks for the hiking day.
Trek Difficulty: Not Difficult
This is a novice friendly adventure. The day hike up Kesugi Ridge is challenging, but it is optional. We have specifically built this adventure to be accommodating of people of nearly all fitness levels.
Itinerary:
Day 1 (Aug 16)
Team members will arrive in Anchorage and we will transfer to the team hotel/airbnb. Dinner will be included on this day. If you arrive early in the day, you will need to arrange your own lunch.
Day 2 (Aug 17)
We will travel early in the day by car to the town of Whittier where we will be embarking upon our 26 glacier cruise through Prince William Sound. We will cruise on a high speed catamaran that will get us incredibly close to the gorgeous glaciers and wildlife in the sound. A hot meal and coffee/tea are included. Other drinks and snacks are available for purchase. After the cruise, we will make our way back to Anchorage for a late dinner.
Day 3 (Aug 18)
We will sleep in a bit, have a nice breakfast, and then make the 2 hour drive up to the town of Talkeetna, which will serve as home base for our team for the next 4 nights.
Days 4-6 (Aug 19-21)
We will have 3 primary activities over the next 3 days in Talkeetna, but the order in which we do them will be a bit determined by the weather. Those activities are:
- We will spend a day hiking up the Kesugi Ridge from which we will have an exceptional view of snow capped Denali peak. The trail is steep and challenging, but the views are stunning. Those choosing to skip the day hike, will spend this day in and around Talkeetna.
- We will enjoy a full day jetboat ride up Devil’s Canyon. The jetboat will cover nearly 100 miles of the river, and there are very strong chances of seeing wildlife (bears, moose, etc.).
- We will take a 1.5 hour long flightseeing adventure around Denali. There is no better way to see the tallest peak in North America. This will certainly be one of the highlights of our time in Alaska.
Day 7 (Aug 22)
We will get up early and make the drive back to Anchorage to catch our return flights. Please schedule your flights after Noon on this day.
